Just a picture I randomly thought about drawing, and I really like how it turned out <3 I think I'm also improving my my background skills too
but I must try even harder! 
This took me about a day an a half to finish 
*blames background work >:C but over all I'm very pleased how the came out, not to sure about rapture's bottom area.. hm, but think of it as a perspective view, I think it looks good. ;3
